Do you believe?

This is a question that Jesus asks throughout the course of the New Testament. One story in particular that I like is the story of Lazarus.
Lazarus was sick and his sisters, Mary and Martha, had sent word to Jesus telling Him this.
But when Jesus heard about it he said, ‘Lazarus’s sickness will not end in death. No, it happened for the glory of God so that the Son of God will receive glory from this,’” (John 11:4, KJV).
Jesus did not immediately leave to see about Lazarus. It was a couple of days before He and His disciples went into Judea. One thing that Jesus spoke which stands out to me is found in John 11:11:
Then he said, ‘Our friend Lazarus has fallen asleep, but now I will go and wake him up,'" (John 11:11, NLT).
Then, Jesus goes on to say, “And for your sakes, I’m glad I wasn’t there, for now you will really believe. Come, let’s go see him,” (John 11:15, NLT).
Scriptures let us know that when Jesus arrived in Bethany, Lazarus had been dead in his grave for four days. Martha had told Jesus if he would have been there, her brother wouldn’t have died. After hearing Martha and seeing Mary weep, Jesus had went to the tomb where Lazarus’ body was. Martha reminded Jesus of how long her brother had been dead and that the smell would be terrible. Jesus responded to Martha and said, “Didn’t I tell you that you would see God’s glory if you believe?” (John 11:40, NLT).
We know how the story ended...
Then Jesus shouted, 'Lazarus, come out!And the dead man came out…” (John 11:43-44, KJV).
How many of you are like Martha and Mary today? You have dreams lying dormant and dead within you? You really wanted these dreams to happen, but you didn’t have the resources or support. Have you felt like you have cried out to God to help give you direction, but You didn’t receive a word from Him? Do not take God’s silence for Him not caring about what He placed inside of You. I can hear Him calling your dreams by name and telling them to “Come out!”
Do you believe that God can resurrect your dreams? You will only see God’s glory in your life and dreams, only if you believe.
