Tell them God cares.”This was the answer to my prayer when I sat down to write this for you.Do you know that God doesn’t just care about big religious things? He actually cares about details and real-life things. More specifically – He cares about your life and all its details. #truthI’m totally going to date myself here – I was in high school during the big hair era – the 80’s. Yup, I was that girl! Two hours every morning teasing, curling and spraying to achieve “perfection.” LOL. Occasionally, I would ask God to help me have a good hair day. Don’t judge me! Here’s the deal, I wholeheartedly believed then, and still believe – God cares about my hair. Not because He cares about vain perfection, but He cares, because I care. He made me to care about details and beauty. As much as it’s part of my character – it’s part of His character. Although, I can’t remember the last time I prayed about hair. It’s not a priority for me now. I’ve heard people say we shouldn’t pray for petty things like this, because we waste God’s time. Um – He’s eternal.God cares so much about everything! The B-I-B-L-E tells us that he has numbered and named the stars and has given every hair on our head a number. See there is the hair thing. God has the capacity to care about every single detail of your life, including the passions and desires and concerns. He isn’t like – “Really, you’re going to bug Me about that today?” Nope! We can’t and don’t bug God. When we talk to God – He wants to hear it all. Your whole life matters to Him. He’s paying attention. He’s not limited. His capacity and capability exceeds our understanding. He cares. And that’s what He wants you to know today!

You [God] perceive every movement of my heart and soul, and you understand my every thought before it enters my mind. You are so intimately aware of me, Lord. You read my heart like an open book and you know all the words I’m about to speak before I even start a sentence.” -Psalm 139:2-4 (TPT)
