Daily Delight
Obeying God isn't always convenient. Sometimes it requires an adjustment to your schedule or a bending of your mindset. It always requires your time and energy. And often, it requires money and other resources. When God asks you to do something, He doesn't say, It will be so easy and align perfectly with your priorities and plans. When God asks you to do something, He says, Be willing to trust me. Be willing to believe that I see the future and this is going to be encouraging and life changing for you and others.
If God is asking and urging you to do something different, to step out of your comfort zone and adjust your schedule, don't be afraid of the change, be afraid of missing out on what He has in mind.
God doesn't ask for obedience just because He can, He asks for obedience because He wants to completely blow your mind.
Obeying God is inconvenient. Ministry is messy. And the joy of obedience and serving others is completely indescribable.
